Chatting is the heart of a creator’s income: answering fans, keeping the relationship going, offering paid media at the right moment. Many OFM agencies hand it to teams of chatters who take turns day and night. AI chatting tools promise to take over part of that work. Here is what to know before you start.
What an AI chatter does
An AI chatter reads the fan’s message and history, then writes the reply in the creator’s tone. The better tools go beyond the reply:
- Remember every fan: what he said, what he bought, what he turned down.
- Sell inside the conversation: offer paid media when the fan shows interest, not in the first message.
- Follow up with fans who go quiet, without pestering them.
- Hand over to a human when the conversation gets delicate.
There are usually two modes. As an assistant, the AI suggests and a human approves every message. On autopilot, the AI sends on its own and a human watches. The first is reassuring, the second covers the nights without paying for a shift.
What is still unclear on the OnlyFans side
On AI chatbots, we have no official OnlyFans position to quote. In 2024, a Reuters investigation reported that OnlyFans rules banned AI chatbots, and that some tools had a human click “send” for that reason. OnlyFans did not answer the reporters’ questions (The Star, carrying Reuters; Rest of World).
Our advice: read the current terms of service before you automate anything, and get legal advice if your income depends on it. Whatever the tool, what leaves your account is your responsibility.
Where Klovae stands with OnlyFans
Klovae does not work on OnlyFans yet. It is planned, with no date announced. Today Klovae runs on Telegram (your personal account or a bot) and on Fanvue, and redirects Instagram DMs to Telegram.
If OnlyFans is your main platform, join the waitlist and pick “OnlyFans” as your platform: that is what decides the opening order, and you will hear first. If you already have fans on Telegram or Fanvue, you can start there.
What Klovae does today
- Your voice, written in a sheet. Your tone, your words, your limits and your prices, in plain language. Change one line and the next reply changes.
- A memory of every fan. Name, week, tastes, purchases, refusals: she uses them at the right moment and never repeats herself.
- The sale inside the conversation. A teaser to spark interest, then the blurred media with its price, or your menu of singles and packs. The fan pays without leaving the chat: Telegram Stars, Fanvue payment, or card.
- A strategist on every turn. Talk, offer or wait: it leaves alone the fans who do not want to buy.
- Follow-ups that make sense. Drawn from what the fan told her, two at most, never after a no.
- You stay in control. One shared inbox, take over any thread in one move, or work in drafts you approve.
How to choose an AI chatting tool
Whatever the tool, ask it these six questions:
- Does it sell without pushing? An offer in the first message or in the middle of a silence drives the fan away.
- Does it remember every fan, or start from scratch each time?
- Can you take over a thread at any time, and work in drafts?
- What does it do with a doubt about age or a fan who is struggling? The only right answer: it stops and hands over to a human.
- Does it lie when a fan sincerely asks whether he is talking to an AI?
- Can you see what it costs next to what it sells?
